研究生委员会

The 研究生委员会 of 基督教社会联盟 Dominguez Hills serves as a standing committee to the 学术参议院 and in an advisory capacity to the Dean of Graduate Studies and Re搜索. Policy considerations and recommendations will be forwarded to both. Graduate student success relies on consultation, 包容, and the integration of graduate programs into the larger campus. Ensuring graduate student success includes bringing together the faculty, 工作人员, 学生, and administration involved in the consultative process that encompasses graduate programs which include graduate program design, 修改, assessment and evaluation. In addition to providing a network within the campus community for faculty, 工作人员, 学生 and administrators with responsibility for graduate programs, the Council will play an advocacy role for 基督教社会联盟 Dominguez Hills graduate programs both on and off campus. The graduate programs at 基督教社会联盟DH play a vital role in supporting the university’s mission to enhance and develop academic graduate programs that culminate in globally relevant degrees that are responsive to student interest and regional workforce trends and needs.

The voting members of the 研究生委员会 include:
The graduate program director, or their designee for each approved graduate degree published in the campus Academic Plan. 
One graduate student selected by the Associated Students, Inc.

Chair of the 教育政策 Committee
Director of Admissions and Records or designee

College Deans or their designees

The 研究生委员会 shall meet at least five times each academic year. Additional meetings may be called at the request of the Chair or of a majority of voting members who petition the Chair.
