SEARCH FOR CLASSES BY MEETING TIME
Step 1: Go to the Term field and click on the icon to view the drop-down menu. Select the term in which you would like to search for classes. This field is required to begin any class search.
Step 2: Go to the Session field and click on the icon to view the drop-down menu and select the session in which you would like to search for classes.
Fall & Spring terms offer "Regular Session" & Ext. Education Session." Note: There are classes in both sessions that may have the same subject code, catalog number, and section. Please make sure you are searching for classes in the appropriate "session".
Summer term offers:
Step 3: Go to the "Show Me Open Classes Only" checkbox. This checkbox will default unchecked.
Step 4: Click on the icon to the left for Additional Criteria
This will display you to the page below:
Step 5: Go to the Meeting Start Time field and click on the icon to view the drop-down menu.
Select the criteria for the meeting time in which you would like to search for classes:
Step 6: Go to the empty field next to the drop-down menu and enter the start time in which you would like to search for classes.
At this point you can go to Step 9 to retrieve all classes that start with the search criteria you selected. Otherwise, go to Step 7 to narrow your search by also indicating a meeting end time.
Step 7: Go to the Meeting End Time field and click on the icon to view the drop-down menu.
Select the criteria for the meeting time in which you would like to search for classes:
Step 8: Go to the empty field next to the drop-down menu and enter the end time in which you would like to search for classes.
Step 9: Click on the button below to return classes offered with your search criteria.
Step 10: To reset or clear only the Additional search criteria you have entered, click on the button.
Step 11: To reset or clear all search criteria you have entered, click on the button.
NOTE: To override pop-up blockers when downloading to Excel, hold the Control key and click the Excel icon.
ICONS:
Any classes having an icon in the PREQ column, requires a requisite prior to enrolling in the class.
Any classes having an icon in the first column, there is a Zero-Cost for course materials required for the class.
Any classes having an icon in the second column, there is a Low-Cost for course materials required for the class.
VIEW BOOKS: The View Books column links book information required and/or recommended for the class by the instructor.
VIEW NOTES: The View Notes column provides additional information for the class such as fee requirements, specific meeting times, student groups restriction, etc.
