An Orientation Leader (OL) is an important part of a new student’s initiation to the University. OLs assist new students with the transition to campus life and encourage involvement in the campus community. An OL is selected on the basis of their leadership qualities, motivation, intellect, willingness to assume responsibilities, embodiment of CSUDH spirit and ability to relate to incoming CSUDH students. Orientation Leaders work closely with students, parents, faculty, administrators, and others in a variety of academic and interpersonal capacities.
Applications are available through the CSUDH Job Board (Handshake), which is accessed through the My.CSUDH.edu portal. Interested applicants should complete the online application and submit it through Handshake. Check Handshake for the most up-to-date information about the application deadline.
