CSUBUY

CSUBUY is the first step in transforming the way the CSU manages the Procure-to-Pay process. This change creates a foundation for future implementation of automated workflow, requisitioning, purchase orders, a​nd AP functionality through integration into CFS and Oracle.

• One login for all vendor catalogs via Single-Sign-On (SSO)
• Ability to compare pricing across multiple vendor catalogs
• Ease of internet shopping from any tablet, laptop, or mobile device
• Easy access to many of the vendors you currently use
• Contract pricing, with a potential savings of 17 – 29%
• Ability to use the state p-card for easy payment processing
• Ability to view all your orders in one place
• Ability to extract purchase line detail
• Ability for non P-card users to transfer their carts to P-card holders for processing

Initially only the current eighteen ESM Marketplace campuses will be moving to the new platform. The remaining six campuses (Fresno, Fullerton, Long Beach, Cal Maritime, Monterey Bay, and Northridge) will then be onboarded within a few months. By the end of the calendar year we are aiming to introduce basic requisitioning and purchase order workflow. Over the next few years deeper integration into CFS will provide additional functionality to streamline Procurement, Accounts Payable, and Vendor Management. Other stakeholders, including faculty and staff will also see future benefits.

The CSUBUY Marketplace affords the campus the opportunity to purchase goods to support the academic and operational needs of their department. All purchases made must be consistent with CSU Procurement Policies.

Both P-card holders and non P-card holders can request access to the CSUBUY Marketplace. Non P-card holders will have the ability to shop and then assign a cart to a P-card holder to complete the transaction. To gain access to the system, users must submit the Access Request Form.

You will be able to access the CSUBUY Marketplace through our campus portal using the same name and password that you use to access your email, PeopleSoft, or other campus systems.

To Log In:

1. Visit: CSUBUY SSO Production Site Login
2. Login to our campus Portal using your regular campus User Name and Password.
3. Once logged in, you will be redirected to the CSUBUY Marketplace.
