The Registrar’s Office ensures the integrity, security, and confidentiality of educational records, interpreting and implementing academic policies; while providing efficient services to support the academic needs of students, alumni, faculty and staff. Our office assists in the registration of classes, processing transfer credit, processing transcript requests and graduation petitions.

For requests related to changes in Student Records, Petitions, and Graduation the following page houses the applicable forms to download and upload to Dropbox.
If you need a copy of official transcripts to be sent out, the following page will assist you in the process. All transcripts are handled via Parchment and delivered electronically.
Are you eligible to graduate, have questions about the process, or do you need assistance in requesting a duplicate copy of your diploma?

You may be eligible to receive course credit for courses taken at another institution, while you were in high school, transferred in or currently attending CSUDH.
Students may petition for exception to certain university academic regulations when unusual circumstances exist. Academic regulations contained in Title 5 cannot be waived.
